Merger of the Helvetia LOB-Mix Plus 35 investment group with the LOB-Mix investment group: 

With a value date of 09.02.2024, Helvetia Investment Foundation merged the BVG-Mix Plus 35 investment group (ISIN CH0035399986) with the BVG-Mix investment group (ISIN CH0011768600). As a result of this measure, entitlements in the BVG-Mix Plus 35 investment group were exchanged for entitlements in the BVG-Mix investment group free of charge. The exchange was made at the net asset value (NAV) of the respective investment groups as at 07.02.2024. The BVG-Mix has a lower proportion of equities (30% compared to 35%) and real estate (20% compared to 26%), but more bonds. It also dispenses with mortgages (10%) and the BVG-Mix investment group is also characterized by a very cost-effective implementation (TER of 0.44% compared to 0.51% for BVG-Mix Plus 35).
