Liberty Investment Foundation was established as an independent foundation in 2018 and is open to occupational benefits institutions and other tax-exempt occupational (second pillar) benefits institutions and tied (third pillar) retirement savings institutions. The purpose of Liberty Investment Foundation is to grant investors access to mortgage investments at an unrivalled price. It aims to achieve net returns exceeding the market average while preserving higher quality standards for investors. The sub-average costs are achieved by a low-cost investment foundation and a high level of digitisation, especially in mortgage servicing.
