2022 is drawing to an end. To make sure you do not miss any important deadlines, we have prepared the following overview:

Processing times at the end of 2021

• 30 November 2022: Standard service payments
• 09 December 2022: Stock exchange orders & strategy changes 
• 12 December 2022: Premium service payments
• 14 December 2022: Account/custody account opening applications / pillar 3a retirement savings plan, for 2022 contributions
• 21 December 2022: Digital account openings / pillar 3a retirement savings plan, for 2022 contributions
• 21 December 2022: Payment of 3a savings contributions 2022
   

Business hours over Christmas and the New Year:

• 23 December 2022: normal office hours
• 24 December 2022: closed for business
• 25 December 2022: closed for business

• 27 - 30 December 2022: normal office hours

Year-end mailings

• End-of-year documentation for vested benefits and pillar 3a, including tax certificates for pillar 3a in February 2023
• End-of-year documentation and insurance certificates for 1e Flex Invest Foundation by February 2022 at the latest
