Following currently applicable investment guidelines and regulations, mixed assets such as CSA Mixta BVG Basic I, securities no. 1503660, are allowed to hold real estate investments within a bandwidth of 35% to 45%. The investment group CSA Mixta BVG Basic I currently has a real estate content of 41%.

In the context of the transferal of the regulatory oversight from the Federal Social Insurance Office (BSV/OFAS)
to the independent regulatory commission for occupational benefits (OAK BV), the authorised bandwidths for real estate content have been revised. Credit Suisse Anlagestiftung (CSA) has recently been ordered to cut back the real estate content of this investment group to within the authorised limit of 30% in accordance with Article 55 BVV 2/OPP 2.

As a result, CSA has adjusted the relevant benchmark, bandwidths and investment guidelines effective 1 January 2015. OAK BV has granted CSA a transitional period until the end of 2015 to implement this reduction in stages.

Effective 1 January 2015 the benchmark will thus have the following composition:
