Year-end processing - Important dates 

2020 is drawing to an end. To make sure you do not miss any important deadlines, we have prepared the following overview:

Processing times at the end of 2020

- 27.12.: Standard service payments
- 14.12.: Premium service payments
- 11.12.: Account/custody account opening applications / pillar 3a retirement savings plan, for 2020 contributions
- 14.12.: Stock exchange orders & strategy changes
- 22.12.: Payment of 3a savings contributions 2020

Business hours over Christmas and the New Year:

2020

- 23.12.: normal office hours
- 24.12.: 8 am to 12 noon, afternoon closed
- 25.12.: closed for business
- 28.12. - 30.12.: normal office hours
- 31.12.: 8 am to 12 noon, afternoon closed

2021

- 12.01.01.: closed for business
- As of 04.01.: normal office hours

Year-end mailings

- End-of-year documentation for vested benefits and pillar 3a, including tax certificates for pillar 3a in February 2021
- End-of-year documentation and insurance certificates for 1e Flex Invest Foundation by February 2021 at the latest
