On 1 September, Liberty Group launched LibertyGreen, a new pillar 3a product focused on investing in sustainable and transparent individual securities on the Swiss pension market rather than funds. This sustainable pension product relies exclusively on digital and mobile technology. LibertyGreen thus responds to the demand for simplified and fully digitised account administration.

Liberty is an independent pension platform that is not tied to any single provider of financial products. It is therefore free to invest independently in carefully selected securities based on ESG criteria. In assessing sustainability, LibertyGreen relies on studies by MSCI ESG Research, the world’s foremost provider of ratings and reporting in the Environmental, Social and Governance field.

In addition to sustainable investments and transparent reporting, LibertyGreen offers six different investment strategies with an individual choice of risk level. The risk level determines the equity content in the portfolio and the impact of one’s own retirement savings on the environment and society.
