2021 is drawing to an end. To make sure you do not miss any important deadlines, we have prepared the following overview:

Processing times at the end of 2021

• 26 November 2021: Standard service payments

• 13 December 2021: Premium service payments

• 10 December 2021: Account/custody account opening applications / pillar 3a retirement savings plan, for 2021 contributions

• 10 December 2021: Stock exchange orders & strategy changes

• 23 December 2021: Payment of 3a savings contributions 2021

Business hours over Christmas and the New Year:

2021

• 23 December 2021: normal office hours

• 24 December 2021: 8 am to 12 noon, afternoon closed

• 25 December 2021: closed for business

• 26 December 2021: closed for business

• 27 - 30 December 2021: normal office hours

• 31 December 2021: 8 am to 12 noon, afternoon closed

2022

• 01 January 2022: closed for business

• 02 January 2022: closed for business

• As of 03 January 2022: normal office hours

Year-end mailings

• End-of-year documentation for vested benefits and pillar 3a, including tax certificates for pillar 3a in February 2022

• End-of-year documentation and insurance certificates for 1e Flex Invest Foundation by February 2022 at the latest
